Terrain Trail Runners (TTR) is a St. Louis–based trail and ultra‑running community and a proud USA Track & Field member organization. All of our races are USATF‑sanctioned. We welcome runners of all experience levels and host weekly group runs, annual races, and special events throughout the year.

TTR was founded in 2014 and is a lady‑owned organization, we’re committed to leveling the playing field in trail and ultra‑running and elevating women’s leadership in the sport.

GROUP RUNS WE HOST

Our runs vary in distance and terrain, from flat bottomland to steep, rocky hills and from one hour to three hours or more. The goal is to offer something for everyone. Bottom line: Training with TTR will get you ready for any trail race.

ANNUAL RACES WE HOST

We currently host twelve annual trail races and events from January through December. All of our races offer ultra-distances as well as shorter distances, along with food, beverages, timing, photos, and swag from our sponsors.
