Gateway Off-Road Cyclists (GORC) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by GORC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. GORC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by The Marketing Bunch including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, websites, social media, etc.
3rd Party / Other Photography
GORC has reused both GORC’s original photography and photography taken by others on this website. We have contacted several people requesting permission to reuse their photo(s) on this website at https://gorctrails.com. They granted permission through email or in person.
The photography used is intended to express an idea or visual representation of a park, trail, skill or trail building technique. Many photos originated from the GORC facebook page and the StL Mountain Bikers facebook group.
If you do not wish to have your photo used on the GORC website for any reason, please contact us at gorc@https://gorctrails.com and we will remove/replace it immediately.
Known semi-pro and professional photographers were contacted with permission to reuse their images. Photos including identifiable features of children in the image are not used unless the parent/guardian gave GORC permission to reuse the image or emailed us the images explaining that GORC may use the images in social media or the website.
Photography credit is given in the form of the image filename on the web server.
