2015 GORC Volunteer Appreciation Party
Eureka, MO
Mark Your Calendars... November 7th... It's the annual appreciation party where we thank YOU the volunteer for all of your hard work! It will follow the trail build day at Greensfelder this year. Come on out and let us shower you with food, cake and beer! We will be hosting the party at the Beulah shelter inside Greensfelder park.
There will be a themed gigantic cake, tasty craft beer and food, lots of food. There will also be a new t-shirt design unveiled at the party and all those in attendance can pick theirs up.
This year we are looking at changing it up since the party is right after our trail build at Greensfelder - the calendar needs more weekends! So, we are exploring the idea of a scavenger hunt and a cornhole (bag toss) mini tournament. We are putting an order in for some amazing, blazing jams and jellies for prizes! They are sure to keep the fire in your mouth burning! All made by GORC members Brian and Gail Barton.
We hope you get a chance to come out to the annual volunteer appreciation party! Even if you can't attend the trail build, please do come out for the party!!
Party update: Prizes and more to be announced!
