Greensfelder - Trail Building Day #1

Registration is closed for this event

Date: September 19th, 2015 - 9am - 1pm

Location: Greensfelder County Park

What: If you've ridden Fossil Ridge and what we've built on Beulah then you know you want to continue extending the trail!!! We will also be finishing up a big drain crossing and benchcutting some tread that is still too sloped.

We will finish building out the second phase of a multi-phase project to renovate the Beulah trail in Greensfelder Park.  We will continue where we left off.  As usual, we have a good size group of non-experienced volunteers scheduled to be there, so the more experienced trail builders we have on hand the better.

Where: Greensfelder Park, Allenton Rd. behind Six Flags. NOTE: Park at the Beulah Shelter located about a half mile down Scenic Loop Road - the road inside the park. Lunch will be provided at Beulah Shelter.

What to bring: Gloves, Sturdy shoes, eye protection, and something to drink on the trail.

Lunch will be provided by St. Louis County. Please post below if you intend on coming for the lunch count. If you post here there is no need to contact St. Louis County. If you would like a vegetarian sandwich, please let us know.
