Date: Saturday, November 16, 2019 - 9am - 1pm
Location: Indian Camp Creek. Group Camping site - follow the signs for the GORC workday.
Build Plans: We will be doing some maintenance on several areas toward the back of the park's trails. We will focus on the areas that have sustained erosion-pocked trail bed. We will also rework a turn in the cedar section and will build a new section where the trail is right up against the creek bluff in the bottoms now that the foliage is dying back for the season.
Directions: From Interstate 70, go north on Highway 40/61 for approximately seven miles to Dietrich Road (first left after passing W). Turn west on Dietrich Road for ¾ mile to the park entrance (on right). We will meet at Disc Golf Parking Lot, please follow the St Charles County Parks signage.
What to bring: Gloves, Sturdy shoes, eye protection, and something to drink on the trail.
Lunch will be provided by St. Charles County Parks. If you would like a vegetarian sandwich, please let us know on our forum under the "Trail Building and Maintenance Announcments" - We usually have a topic for the trail build listed.
