Build - Greensfelder - Trail Building Day 2
Date: Saturday, October 20, 2018 - 9am - 1pm
Location: Greensfelder Park, meet at Visitors Center main parking lot
Build Plans: We will be finishing up this amazing connector with a few more areas to fine-tune. This includes benching and building a crib wall along the deep and beautiful drainage crossing and berming out two climbing turns. Two minor side-projects include tweaking the entrances for better flow.
We need experienced trail builders to help with the berms, crib walls and to guide newer builders. We had great teamwork last build and hope to continue the awesome hand-cut trail techniques.
Directions: Greensfelder Park, Allenton Rd. behind Six Flags. NOTE: Park at the Visitor Center along Allenton-Six Flags Road.
What to bring: Gloves, Sturdy shoes, eye protection, and something to drink on the trail.
Lunch will be provided by St. Louis County Parks.
