Build - Indian Camp Creek - Trail Building Day #1

Date: Saturday, April 9th, 2016 - 9am:1pm

Location: Indian Camp Creek Park, St. Charles County. We will meet at Shelter #5, please follow the St Charles County Parks signage.

What: The ICCP Trail Building Day is a maintenance day, and will concentrate on repairing winter/spring damage, opening water drains, deberming. We will also be doing Spring clean-up and to groom the trails for the Sunset Sizzler on June 4, 2016. There is a variety of work to be done including opening drains, rerouting a 100ft section, deberming another recent reroute and reinforcing some crumbling armorings.  Something for everyone!

Directions: From Interstate 70, go north on Highway 40/61 for approximately seven miles to Dietrich Road (first left after passing W). Turn west on Dietrich Road for ¾ mile to the park entrance (on right). We will meet at Shelter #5, please follow the St Charles County Parks signage.

What to bring: Gloves, Sturdy shoes, eye protection, and something to drink on the trail.

Lunch will be provided by St. Charles County Parks. If you would like a vegetarian sandwich, please let us know on our forum under the "Trail Building and Maintenance Announcments" - We usually have a topic for the trail build listed.
